Snowfall over Seoul, west coast _ 121318

Good morning, Seoul woke up to a moderate amount of snowfall... we'll see less snow than expected... but there was still enough to cause traffic problems during the morning commute.
The snowfall will let up shortly after dropping 1 to 3 centimeters of snow over parts of the west coast.
Readings will be similar to yesterday... so the snow won't cause icy roads but pedestrians will need to walk with care. However, colder air will follow today's snow... and morning lows for the next two days will get closer to near minus 10 degrees Celsius.
As for today's highs... readings will be similar to yesterday with Seoul getting up to 3 degrees, Daegu and Gwangju will reach 7 degrees.
