GOP senator Marco Rubio says that Donald Trump would make a “terrible mistake” if he pardoned Paul Manafort following chargers against the president's former campaign Chairman in a federal probe into Russian election interference. While on CNN's 'State of the Union,' Sunday, the Florida senator said, "I just think it would be the wrong thing to do and I think it would be a huge political mistake as well.
