Amazon Working On a Female Superhero Series

According to Uproxx.com, Amazon is going to contribute to the superhero trade by creating an Amazon Prime TV series about five female superheroes called The Refrigerator Monologues. Shauna Cross, the writer behind 2009’s Whip-It has been tasked with penning the series. The Hollywood Reporter describes the series as 'a story centered on five women who die after crossing paths with male superheroes.
