Suchhanda Ghosh has been trained in Rabindra sangeet and other genre of songs since childhood under the able guidance of her mother Smt.Lipika Ghosh.Later she learnt the nuances of Tagore songs under the aegis of eminent Rabindra sangeet exponents like Smt.Bani Tagore and Sri Ashis Bhattacharya.She has also received voice training from Sri Mallar Basu and now from Sri Anindya Banerjee.Suchhanda has achieved the Gitabharati degree from the premier Rabindra sangeet institution of kolkata "Gitabitan". She has been a regular performer in Television and Radio programmes.A popular name in the Rabindra sangeet circuit of the city,Suchhanda has travelled extensively throughout India and Bangladesh with her songs.She has several cds and cassettes to her credit.
