fry lovers. According to Eric Rimm, Harvard Professor, the beloved fast food is a "starch bomb." He says that if you must indulge your craving, limit it to only six fries. Eric Rimm, Harvard professor, via 'The New York Times' The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has reported that people who eat fried potatoes two or three times per week have higher risk of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. But potatoes aren't terribly unhealthy when prepared properly. Frying potatoes in oil, salt and lard increases their fat and sodium content.
