BJP national spokesperson GVL Narsimha Rao accused TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu of taking over Telangana unit of congress on a contract basis to get hold of state. He further added that “Naidu is spending Rs 500 crore in the assembly elections as part of the contract.
