UN investigates at least 40 ships, 130 companies for illegally transferring goods to N. Korea: WSJ

The United Nations and other authorities are investigating at least 40 ships and 130 companies for making illicit transfers of refined oil, coal and other goods to North Korea.
Citing diplomatic sources,... the Wall Street Journal reports these vessels have made over 2-hundred trips to the North,... in violation of UN sanctions.
While the exact ownership of the vessels are unknown,... they are known to have been registered in countries ranging from Taiwan to Togo.
The report adds the regime is using various disguise measures to avoid international sanctions.
