Some Lululemon shoppers had a rocky start to their Thanksgiving after the athleisure company's website crashed during their Black Friday sale.
As of 11 a.m. eastern standard time, customers were still complaining that the site would not allow them to purchase their orders.
Business Insider quoted Lululemon's Facebook message that they sent out to customers.
Their message included, "We knew it would be a busy day, and I suppose technology got away from us this time around.
