SoftBank Vision Fund invests 2 billion U.S. dollars in Coupang

South Korea's biggest e-commerce company, Coupang, has received two billion U.S. dollars from the SoftBank Vision Fund.
With the cash injection,... Coupang says it will accelerate new business in logistics and payment platforms.
This is SoftBank's second investment in Coupang, after pumping in a billion dollars in 2015.
The new investment lifts the company's valuation to nine billion dollars, making Coupang the country's most valuable startup and among the top ten in Asia.
SoftBank said it decided to invest in Coupang again as it observed the company is growing fast and it's likely to be profitable in the near term in its core business.
