Former Brexit Secretary Says May's Deal Won't Go Through

Former Brexit Secretary David Davis said on Friday that he doesn't believe British Prime Minister Theresa May’s draft of the deal to exit the European Union will get the approval of the UK parliament. According to Reuters, Davis said, “What’s more likely to happen than a confidence vote (in May) is this deal will be rejected by the House of Commons... There’s no way I can see it getting through." Davis resigned as Brexit secretary in July.
