LB54 OTH Black Cab Jumps Red Light YOUTUBE
I was cycling along wickham road when i stopped at an amber traffic light which then turned red as is topped. A black Cab Driver then thought he was clever to go through the traffic lights and when confronted hes reaction was not so great as seen in this footage
He states the light was amber, which clearly it was red even if it was amber the highway code clearly stated that you must stop at amber lights
