APEC 2018 in Papua New Guinea

Papua New Guinea (PNG) is hosting the 2018 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit. PNG is the poorest nation of the entire 21-country bloc. Hoping to improve its economy by organising the meeting, Port Moresby is also witnessing a growing Chinese influence across the Pacific.
