Putin Talked to Netanyahu In Paris

According to Reuters, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin talked with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the Elysee Palace in Paris on Sunday. The leaders, who attended Armistice commemorations in the French capital, met for the first time since the shooting down of a Russian surveillance plane in Syria in September.
