An unexpected visit by Ratso’s bully of an older sister, Terri, and her hyperactive son, Jimmy has Ratso in a panic. To make matters worse Terri is threatening to move herself and Jimmy to the yard and into Ratso and Ugly’s house, hoping that the calm of the countryside will cure what ails Jimmy. Ratso, not wishing for his sister to cramp his style, has a better idea – he’ll straighten Jimmy out while Terri takes a little holiday. While at first delighted to have his cousin around, Ugly soon grows jealous of Ratso and Jimmy’s relationship – they are look two mischievous peas in a pod.
