Sunanda Pushkar Death Case: Court to hear matter on November 27

Update in criminal defamation case against Tharoor. Remember criminal defamation complaint has been moved against Shashi Tharoor over his 'scorpion prime minister remark'. The defamation case has been filed in Patiala house court. The court fixed November 16 to record the statement of the complainant Rajiv Babbar. Tharoor had claimed having cited a RSS source and said 'PM Modi is like a scorpion sitting on a Shivling, your remove him with your hand or your chappal.
