According to Newser.com, "A German man in court on Tuesday essentially admitted being "one of the world's most prolific serial killers..." His name is Niels Hoegel. He is 41-year-old former nurse who is currently serving a life sentence in connection with the murders and attempted murders of six of his patients. During his trial he told authorities that used drugs to cause cardiac arrests in potentially 130 people. When asked if he had murdered 100 people, Hoegel answered "yes."
