Central American Migrant Caravan Heads North Into Mexico

Several thousand Central American migrants poured out of a southern Mexican town before dawn continuing their northward journey. The caravan is continuing their slow trek toward the U.S. border, more than 1,100 miles away, says Reuters. The caravan began as a small group of a few hundred people in Honduras on Oct. 13. It's grown into the thousands as it was joined by migrants from El Salvador, Nicaragua and Guatemala.
