A Chinese chef pulled off some remarkable tricks with an egg and a spatula in a restaurant.
The impressive video, filmed in Changzhou City in Jiangsu Province on August 25, shows the chef using a spatula to juggle an egg repeatedly before breaking it to make a heart-shaped omelette on the teppanyaki grill.
He then skilfully deposits the yolk of the egg on a pile of rice.
