Is A Brexit Transition Extension Possible?

According to Reuters, an official in France’s President Emmanuel Macron’s office spoke on Thursday about the remaining timeline for Brexit.
The official said that they do not rule out a possible lengthening of Britain’s post-Brexit transition period if it helps advance negotiations with London, but any extension would come with conditions.
The Elysee Palace official continued saying, “It’s one of the possible options.
