For Vrat ke Chawal ka Rasgulla..
Ingrediants..
1. Milk -2cup
2. Ghee/Clarified Butter -1tb
3. Sugar -1cup/2tb
4. Sama Rice /Vrat ka chawal -1cup
5. Water -2cup
6. Elaichi -4
7. Kesar
For Sabudana Rasgulla..
1. Sabudana /Sago -1cup
2. Singhara Ata -3tb
3. Milk -2tb
4. Raisens
5. Sugar -1/2cup
6. Water -1cup
7. Elaichi/Cardamom -4
8. Kesar
Method..
For Vrat ke Chawal ka Rasgulla-- In a kadhai add milk, keep flame on medium, add ghee,sugar and sama rice and mix it till mixture get dry.Gas off and cover for 10-15min.then knead a mixture like dough and make balls. grease a plate with ghee keep balls in steamer plate and steam for 15min. in medium flame.
For chasni- In kadhai add sugar, water and boil the mixture in high flame, then add Elaichi and kesar cook for 5min.. then gas off and cool it..add rasgulla in chachni and keep for 15min. then our Vrat ke rasgulle ready to eat.
For Sabudana Rasgulle--take a 2hr soak sabudana add Singhare ka ata and milk and knead it. then take mixture stuff raisens and make a balls..
for chasni- In a kadhai add sugar, water and make a boil,add Elaichi and kesar then keep flame on low add balls and cook for 10min.. our tasty spongy Sabudana Rasgulla are ready to eat.
