According to an SEC filing, Ambrosio, a close ally of disgraced CBS chief Les Moonves, will receive his 6.1 million-dollar pay off in the form of a "salary severance payment" of 1,875,000 dollars, a '2018 bonus' of an additional 1.3 million dollars, and a 'bonus severance' of 2,970,000 dollars.
