CNBC Withdraws From Saudi Investment Conference Over Khashoggi

According to a report by Reuters, on Friday, cable news network CNBC has added its name to the growing list of media companies that have pulled out of a Saudi investment conference planned for later this month, after the disappearance of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. The network said in a Twitter post, “CNBC will no longer participate in the FII in Riyadh due to the continuing questions surrounding the disappearance of journalist Jamal Khashoggi."
