Second Death Reported Over Food From Pret A Manger

According to CNN, a second person has died from an allergic reaction to one of Pret a Manger's products. The customer died in December of last year after eating a "super-veg rainbow flatbread" from the food chain that contained a yogurt meant to be free of dairy. After testing by Pret and multiple authorities, it was later found that the ingredient, supplied by yogurt producer Coyo, contained dairy. All Coyo products have since been recalled nationwide.
