Is Heading to Broadway The musical titled, 'Tina: The Tina Turner Musical,' will focus on the life of the singer and feature her
timeless music. The performance has been running in London since March and a second production will
open in Germany. Tony-nominee Adrienne Warren currently leads the London cast as Turner and is expected to star in the New York production. However, casting has
not been finalized. The musical was written by playwright
Katori Hall, Frank Ketelaar and Kees Print. It will be directed by Phyllida Lloyd, who has worked on both ‘Mamma Mia!’ films. Tina Turner, via ‘Playbill’ Tina Turner, via ‘Playbill’ The musical is planned
