Mr Titus (John Okafor) pretends to have a job, but he goes around as a co-operate beggar telling lies to people to get money from them. Unfortunately his dubious character leads him into trouble as he steals a bag containing human head. Now the police is after him and the only way to escape is to disguise himself as a woman.
