Dow Jones Is Back In January's Territory

According to Reuters, the Dow Jones remained upbeat while the rest of Wall Street stayed about flat.
The S&P 500 managed to gain about 3-points, while the Nasdaq Composite fell 6-points.
But the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 159-points, to close at 26,406, which is it's highest since January.
In recent weeks the S&P and Nasdaq recorded new all-time highs, passing their previous records from January, but the Dow Jones has struggled to get back into record-setting territory.
