This was the moment "Storm Ali" blew it's gusts and caused a portaloo to block tram lines in Dublin this morning (September 19) during rush hour.

Luas workers and other members of the public are seen scrambling towards the mobile toilet to get it out of the way as traffic was starting to back up.

The filmer said "I'll be using the facilities in Starbucks today I think Maybe a few mins late"

He later added: "hopefully nobody still in it from Oktober Fest"
