15-Year-Old Accused of Driving Drunk With Baby in Car

Police in Wisconsin say a 15-year-old driver was pulled over for reckless driving and failed a field sobriety test Sunday night. Inside the vehicle, officers say they found beer bottles and a baby. The baby's mother and another teen inside the care were also intoxicated, according to police.
