Firefighters use dinghy to rescue resident from Macau floods

Firefighters used an inflatable dinghy on Sunday to rescue a resident from flooding in Macau, China.

A video showed the emergency service workers wading with the boat through feet of water with the member of the public sitting on board.

Macau was recovering on Monday from the effects of Super Typhoon Mangkhut, as local authorities announced no fatalities in the autonomous territory from the storm.
