Goa CM Manohar Parrikar admitted to AIIMS; BJP looking for suitable replacement

The BJP will send a team to Goa on Monday to discuss a suitable stand-in Chief Minister in place of Manohar Parrikar whose health remains worrying. Parrikar is by far the BJP's tallest leader from Goa. He was relieved of his Defence Minister portfolio in order to take over as the Chief Minister of the state, which BJP won by putting together a number of allies. The delicate coalition was held together by Manohar Parrikar. BJP's Ram Lal and BL Santosh will lead the centre's team to Goa. Meanwhile, Manohar Parrikar remains admitted at AIIMS.
