RO'S DOG BISCUIT RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
¾ cup rice flour
1 ripe banana
½ cup mashed sweet potato
¼ cup peanut butter

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
2. In a small bowl, using a hand mixer, beat together the banana, sweet potato and peanut butter until smooth.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the oat and rice flours.
4. Add the potato mixture into the dry ingredients and mix together until well combined. Knead the dough until formed into a ball.
5. Roll out dough to a ¼-inch thick. Cut out biscuits using the cookie stamp and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet 1-inch apart.
6. Bake for about 30 minutes. Turn off oven and allow the biscuits to dry out for 1 hour.
