अमेरिकी के नेशनल हरीकेन सेंटर की ओर से बताया गया है कि अब तक दक्षिणी पूर्वी राज्‍य नॉर्थ कैरोलिना में 16 इंच तक बारिश हो चुकी है और 20 से 25 इंच की बारिश और होने के आसार है। नॉर्थ कैरोलिना इमरजेंसी मैनेजमेंट की ओर से कहा गया है कि तूफान के बाद शुक्रवार रात तक 700,000 घरों और ऑफिसेज की बिजली ठप हो गई थी
