Taxi Meter Going WAY Too Fast

A passenger captured this suspiciously fast metre while riding in a taxi in Manila, Philippines, on July 20. They said the digital clock was racking up the bill at four or five times the normal speed - finally reaching almost 2,000 pesos after few minutes. Passenger Kelli Chen who caught the cab from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport said he questioned the driver about the bizarre moment who seemed oblivious to the dodgy clock. The pair eventually agreed on a fare of 300 pesos for the ride.
