Info from Licensor: "While on Route I-80 East, a car traveling in the left lane had its back passenger tire shred off causing him to lose control. He then clipped the back of a minivan. The minivan drove off the highway to avoid flipping over and the black car did a 360 on the highway. I got out of my car and checked on both drivers. Neither driver was hurt and both were happy to be okay. The minivan driver had his son in his car who was okay."
