Villiers: Divorce agreement with EU 'more likely than not'

Theresa Villiers MP says it is "more likely than not that there will be an agreement with the European Union" before the UK leaves the bloc in March 2019. The Conservative Member for Chipping Barnet was speaking after Theresa May's Cabinet had met on Thursday morning to focus on the effects of leaving the EU without securing a deal.
