Gay sex freedom at stake, SC verdict on LGBT community today

All eyes are on the Supreme Court today. As it pronounces judgment on pleas challenging the validity of sec 377 of the Indian penal code. The Supreme Court will decide whether section 377 criminalising consensual gay sex is valid or not while the apex court on July 17 reserved its verdict. The centre put the onus on the top court. The big question is will the social stigma be done away with at last?
