In this tutorial, I show how to 180 a mountain bike.
1. Learn how to roll backwards by pushing off of walls and ledges with your front wheel. This skill will be necessary for the 180.
2. Practice coming out of a backwards roll by pushing hard on the pedal while your whip the bike around forwards again.

4. Go a comfortable speed, and then hop, turn, and look in the direction you want to spin, all at the same time.
It will take a lot of tries before you get all the way around, so I recommend you practice in some dirt or sand so that your wheel doesn't get wrecked.
