Dopo diversi tour in Italia e in Europa, Paolo e Francesca (ex Paul maD Gang) decidono di approfondire la vecchia musica della tradizione, da Chuck Berry fino ad arrivare a Hank Williams passando per Buck Owens e Little Richards pescando nei “traditional” della musica di New Orleans, fulcro del groove e del sound della band e fonte di forte ispirazione.
E’ importantissima l’improvvisazione e l’interplay che connette i musicisti portando sempre qualcosa di nuovo e unico in ogni concerto.
Un valore aggiunto, alla selezione dei brani della tradizione americana, sono brani originali in lingua Italiana.
Appena uscita una session registrata a New Orleans con la clarinettista di fama internazionale Chloe Feoranzo (Pokey La Farge). A breve uscirà l’album interamente in italiano per Garrinchia dischi.
After several tours in Italy and Europe, Paolo and Francesca (formerly Paul maD Gang) decide to deepen the old traditional music, from Chuck Berry up to Hank Williams through Buck Owens and Little Richards fishing in the "traditional" music of New Orleans, the fulcrum of the groove and the sound of the band and a source of strong inspiration.
The improvisation and the interplay that connects the musicians are always very important, always bringing something new and unique in every concert.
An added value, to the selection of the songs of the American tradition, are original songs in Italian.
Just released a session recorded in New Orleans with the internationally renowned clarinetist Chloe Feoranzo (Pokey La Farge). Soon the album will be released entirely in Italian for Garrinchia records
