Bill Simmons Says Donald Trump Is Endangering The Media

Bill Simmons is coming after President Donald Trump for “putting journalists and members of the media in danger.” Simmons says Trump is deflecting attention from his own scandals and using the media as scapegoats. The sports columnist said, quote, “He has power and sway, he know it, and he’s using that influence recklessly to threaten the free press,” unquote. According to SFGate, a California man was arrested recently for making threatening phone calls to the Boston Globe.
