According to Reuters, Senate Democrats are concerned over the Trump administration's proposed trade deal with Mexico.
Senator Chuck Schumer said he has serious legal concerns about the deal going through a fast-track through the Senate.
But other lawmakers said President Donald Trump will have a tough time pushing a bilateral trade deal through the Congress.
Only a trilateral trade pact is eligible for a fast-track vote of approval by a majority Senate vote.
