A man falls in a pit latrine after he was nabbed stealing

There was drama in Kitengela town this morning after a man who was found stealing from a construction site fell into a pit latrine hole as members of the public pursued him.
Area residents faulted the local fire brigade and the police for taking long to rescue the victim from the pit.
