Storm Warnings and Watches Lifted For Hawaii

According to Reuters and the National Weather Setvice, all coastal weather warnings and watch advisories for the Hawaiian Islands have been lifted as Tropical Storm Lane has weakened and has drifted away from land. Lane’s winds have lowered to 50 miles per hour but the National Weather Service says that moisture from the storm could produce heavy rainfall throughout the rest of the weekend which could trigger additional flooding and mudslides.
