The trailer for Paramount Network’s I Am Paul Walker documentary opens with the actor as a thirteen-year-old, joking with his parents. Paul Walker died in a car wreck in December 2013, and this new film lets his family, friends, and loved ones honor the The Fast and The Furious actor.

The trailer features family members, including his siblings Cody, Ashlie, and Caleb Walker, as they share their memories of the beloved star. Former co-star Tyrese Gibson also waxes poetic about his friend.
The film combines video from his life as an adult with childhood memories. Young Paul is seen in a tuxedo headed to prom in the trailer.
It also features directors Rob Cohen and Wayne Kramer and his former manager Matt Luber. Matt says all Paul really cared about was his daughter, Meadow, and surfing.
Paul passed away while Furious 7 was in production. Rapper Wiz Khalifa and singer Charlie Puth wrote the hit song “See You Again” in his memory.
The film premieres Saturday, August 11 on the Paramount Network.
