"On the day of the inspection, the seller forgot to give the agent the garage code, so the inspectors were only able to inspect the outside, but when we were given access to the property later in the afternoon, the inspectors returned (at no additional charge) to finish the inspection. I appreciated their patience that day and for the thoroughness of the inspection."
