Officials from South Korea are in the North today to prepare for reunions coming up next week for families separated by the Korean War.
According to Seoul's Ministry of Unification, a group of 18 people, led by an official from the South Korean Red Cross... left for North Korea's Mount Kumkang, which is where the reunions will be held starting next Monday.
They'll be inspecting the accommodations at the mountain resort and making final checks on the timetable.
The team includes both government officials and civilians, including staff from Hyundai Asan, the company that used to run tours to Mount Kumkang.
The team will stay there until around the end of the month to supervise the reunions and make sure they go according to plan.
