Intelligence report has indicated that Hizbul Mujahideen is trying to strengthen his base in North Kashmir too. Meanwhile Hizbul is trying to provide local support to foreign terrorist as well. Well, this all information has been gathered from a terrorist who had been recently caught alive on 5th august 2018 in Kupwara only and joined Hizbul Mujahideen on 30th July. Meanwhile, Hizbul's currently focusing on radicalising young boys in North Kashmir from Kupwara, Bandipura, Gurez, Machil sector.
