BritAsia TV caught up with Punjabi singer and actor Ammy Virk, Jaani & B Praak to talk about their latest single ‘Hath Chumme’, music collaborations and what's in store for the rest of the year.
Ammy Virk is a Punjabi singer and film actor. His track ‘Zindabaad Yaarian’ with Punjabi youth worldwide and give him a platform for building his Bhangra music career.He also worked in the super hit Punjabi movie ‘Angrej’ with the famous singer and actor Amrinder Gill, with his film ‘Nikka Zaildar’ opposite Sonam Bajwa being a hit with fans, giving fans popular tracks like ‘Mini Cooper’ and ‘Lagdi Na Akh’ to enjoy. ‘Saab Bahadur’ and ‘Laung Laachi’ were similarly successful, with Nikka Zaildar 2 also giving ‘Kali Jotta’ and ‘Gaani’ as popular releases.
Jaani is a Punjabi songwriter and singer, collaborating often with B Praak. He is best known for the song "Soch", sung by Hardy Sandhu and composed by B Praak, since collaborating on “Backbone" and "HornBlow".
