Spanish sensation Jorge Lorenzo has spoken of his hopes and ambitions for the forthcoming MotoGP season as part of Yamaha's 2009 team launch.

The double world 250 champion explains how he is still recovering from a series of spectacular crashes that blighted his rookie campaign in 2008, he assesses the new single tyre rule and talks of who he thinks will be the major contenders next season.

He also explains why he has ditched his famous number 48 for 99.
