California Wildfires: Twin Blazes Grow To Become Largest In State History

Spreading across 283,800 acres, twin wildfires in northern California have become the largest in the state's history. As only 30% of the inferno contained, it threatens to destroy 11,300 more buildings in the region. The two fires, Ranch Fire and River Fire, across the Mendocino Complex have burned since July 27.
