Andhra Pradesh BJP leader's car towed; he drove off, almost running over the cops

It seems as though Goondaraj has taken over India, with incidents coming out one after the other. This time around it's an Andhra Pradesh BJP leader who's shown his brazenness. The leader's car was parked outside his mall and was just about to be towed when the leader decided to sit in the car and get it off the towing truck, but didn't stop there. He just drove off, almost running over the cops.
